Commissioning a Pet Portrait
These portraits are done in oil on a wrap-around contemporary canvas of
the highest grade. A contemporary wrap-around canvas can be hung without
framing. The sides are about an inch deep and will be painted to give a
finish look. The portrait will not be framed.
How to Order
Contact me by email or phone (719-594-4232)
so I can answer all the questions you might have. It is my job to produce
a portrait you will cherish for many years. Here are the steps involved in
the portrait process:
- Send a variety of images, standing, sitting, face shots, close-up & at
play. Your images may be sent digitally in an email or by regular mail…on
a CD or Photographs.
- When I have received your images, I would like to
talk to you about your pet. This way you can share things about your
pet that will aid in producing a great portrait.
- A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable fee is required upon beginning
of each commission.
- The time frame for a
commission varies, depending on the number of commissions ahead of you,
but the normal time frame is about three months. At the time of commission
I will be able to give you a realistic time of completion. Arrangements
can be made for rush portraits.
- When the portrait is completed I will send you an email
with a digital image of the painting attached. If no adjustments are
necessary I will ship the painting to you.
- Before shipping I will need
the final payment plus the shipping costs. I will let you know what they
are before shipping. Your photos will be shipped to you at the time of
the portrait. Both will be insured.
My paintings have a 100% guarantee.

Artwork is commissioned for personal use only. I retain full reproduction
copyright on all my work. |
